The Free Call (Day 1)
A relaxed 30-minute call. We ask about your business, your customers, and what you want the site to do. The more detail, the better.

Research & Design (Days 2 - 5)
We research your business and design around your actual strengths, checking in with quick questions as they come up.
What we need from you: fast answers when we check in.
Preview & Revisions (Days 6 - 10)
You get a working preview on your phone. We walk through it together and turn changes around the same day.
What we need from you: honest feedback on our check-in call.
Launch & Handoff (Days 11 - 14)
Your domain stays in your name, so you make the switch, not us. We get on a call, walk you through the settings click by click, and watch the new site go live together. Then we hand over every login and show you how everything works.
What we need from you: your domain login, about 20 minutes on a call, and final payment.
You own everything. We put it in writing.

How can you be this fast and this affordable?
We're a lean studio with no office, no account managers, and no bloat. You pay for the result, not the meetings.
What if I don't have a logo, photos, or any text?
Totally normal. We'll help you pull it together. Plenty of clients start with nothing but a business name.
What does hosting cost?
Next to nothing. You mainly pay for your domain, which runs about $15 a year. Care plan clients don't think about it at all.
Can you fix or redesign my existing website?
Yes, usually keeping your domain and improving your Google ranking along the way.
What if I want changes after launch?
Two ways, depending on how often your site changes. A care plan covers up to 20 hours of updates a month for a flat fee, so you just send things over as they come up. If your site is finished and only needs the occasional tweak, we quote each change flat instead, usually done in a day or two. You own the code either way.
